DOWNTOWN CINCINNATI INC.

As part of the Downtown Cincinnati, Inc. team we got to break out of the typical digital channels we were used to at POSSIBLE. It was the first time I got to work on outdoor boards, print, and direct media that wasn’t just spec student work. It was a fun challenge that helped me more fully respect the differences in messaging needs between traditional and digital media.

Mother’s Day Awareness Campaign

We created this billboard series driving Mother's Day celebrations downtown because of a crucial detail: we had no budget for stock photography. We found photos we owned the rights to. That’s me in the yellow water wings. My present to mom in 2011 was an all-too-real headline and a throwback photo of her 20 feet tall all over town.

 

Cakewalk

So many people work downtown that don't explore what's nearby. The DCI Cakewalk encouraged people to discover areas around them and earn points toward a free cupcake at downtown favorite Abby Girl Sweets.

Holiday Happenings 2011

Downtown has a lot going on during the holidays. To help promote the business corridor and share event information, we hosted a shopping spree contest. And, to keep the registration process entertaining, the required fields were turned into a mad lib format.
